My opinion could change; but opinions do change as information becomes available, unless you are a die hard. I would like to see the Dems put up an informed candidate & not one to be used as a sensational prop.

And what with Andrew Cuomo imploding, and Cory Booker giving himself a nickname, there are some openings in the ranks.

Corey Booker is awesome, IMO. I love he and Mrs. Harris. They are articulate, informed, & smart. I could get behind that ticket. Corey didn't give himself a nickname; but named a moment in time as connected to the hearing on Kavanaugh's lifetime appointment and his declaration of posting committee confidential emails from BK. Have you read them???? Why would anyone not want to see them during a lifetime appointment?

As per you first comment about the NYTimes, there's no penalty for their being wrong or incompetent, if that's what it is. Only their reputation is damaged.

A paper's reputation is everything. A paper's damaged reputation is a huge penalty and to deny that is intellectually dishonest, respectfully.

When they got caught in the other instance promoting an intern as an anonymous "senior official," nothing happened, and the reporter got promoted. He still works at the Times as an investigative reporter based in D.C.

I am unfamiliar with this and with no link cannot find out to which you refer. Sounds like a nothing burger to me. I will answer this to say, the bottom line is the bottom line.

I don't know anything about this anonymous op-ed, but I don't take the Times' word for anything about it.

Your right. It will come out in the wash.

I have confidence the source will be outed fairly soon. It's a hard secret to keep.

I, too, hope the author comes forward and think they will when the time is right.
