Default Have the Ds Blown it Again?

Didn't flip a single R held house seat in CA but instead have R v. R in every case. Also their love affair with illegals at the expense of blacks, legit immigrants and native born Hispanics income advancement is causing erosion in those voting blocs.

If Pelosi and Schumer blow a gimme mid-term with record or near record Republican resignations in the house and senate what chance will they have in the reelection campaign two years from now?

After some hard-hitting introspection as a liberal, I have found that my pacifist nature can never outgun the sheer emotional rage that is near record highs in my conservative counterparts around the country. While I may stick to liberalism in the essence of Voltaire and Locke, even my compatriots on the Left (meaning self-identified liberals and voters who have liberal tendencies) are busy censoring free speech on a traditional liberal high-ground : Universities. This form of self subversion guarantees we can not -now or in the near future- defeat the deafening cry of gun lovers to protect the right of a high school kid to go and massacre his fellow students with a near-military-grade weapon. I can have the moral high-ground all I want and call things as I please, but I am trying to protect and propagate a way of thinking that should not play racial politics or re-election protectionism... the other side is trying to protect something they view as already being theirs and, therefore, will be much more willing to go to the polls en masse: their property ie their guns.

Liberals are busy uninviting comedians and satirists from college campuses because the collective liberal sense of self deprivation will atone for our mistakes is wrongly administered. I get it that you think by offering someone a lollipop you want to make their day better, but given the context you just cut off their tongue - it does not make sense.

Well now, you kinda stumbled through that but apparently you've arrived at a very clear- and accurate - understanding anyway.

The left is cool with moral victories (defeat)? I'm not sure everyone else agrees.
