I have black because I just liked it and changed my color to it, but I'm the only one with black (excluding banned members). Red is regular members, green is the admin, blue are mods.

One of them, scarecrow is the head administrator now. I was for about 3 years, but I didn't have the time anymore so I gave it to scarecrow. As for the other question, I don't mind answering (and I say it all over the forum) but am a bit confused as to why?
