911 is on overload in your part of the world. The authorities are asking that if you need aid (trees down, electrical, etc.) to call 311 instead of 911.

OMG - never expected it. My younger daughter turned me on to it a few years ago, and I love it. One of those sad, sick relationships no one else can ever understand!
