*What's Needed: Automatic Death Penality For All Terrorists*

Sorry bout that,

1. But what all civilized Countries need to enact and all at the same time, is, Automatic Death Sentences for ALL Terrorists.
2. This does two things.
2.a) Warns them ahead of time, if they are caught, planning or an accomplice of terrorism, they get death penalty. No exceptions!
2.b) Deterrent for others from terrorism.
3. Unless we treat terrorism in this form, we will never curb it, or diminish it, we must fight fire with fire.

Please be careful. A terrorist could be anybody who you don't agree with politically. Both political parties (republican and dmocrat) consider the other sides terrorists.

Well, I agree and disagree with the first post.

It depends on how serious the action is, one act of terrorism may be stealing hamburger buns from Mcdonalds so Americans have to suffer, a silly as it seems terrorism doesn't always mean killing innocent people. The death of people in an act of terrorism is merely a side effect, because the true form of terrorism is to cause, well, Terror to make a politcal point. If the terrorist action is not as serious as killing people, but merely stealing patty buns, then I think they should get punished to whatever the judge decides, but if the action is plotting or carrying out a deadly result, like a bomb, or hostage situation then yeah, the Death Penalty should be carried out.

Sorry bout that,

1. But common thief's are not terrorists.
2. They are thieves, and we have laws that deal properly with thieves.
3. And no cutting off hands for stealing isn't justified.
4. Its total barbarianism.
5. Fines and restitution are just.
6. But for those who engage in acts of Terrorism, death is justified every time.
7. Political Parties in USA are not Terrorist groups, and should not inflect such on each other, when a Party does, its a sign that they are losing big time.
8. JF Kerry the leader of the Democrats has done much damage to his Party, I sure hope he gets the nod next time, lol!
