Your link is dead but, I would like to speculate that "if he were running the show", he would be pissing his pants because he couldnt remember where the bathroom is.

He would be dozing off at cabinet meetings just like in the old days... you know when he was "acting" president.

He would be ordering the military to gun down unarmed students... for old times sake.

What would Reagan do? He would praise Osama as a "freedom fighter" as he once did until his advisors would whisper to him that he was the bad guy now and then he would forget that he wasn't supposed to praise him and screw up all over again.

Of course, a more appropriate question is: what will George Bush do? We're still in Iraq with no end in sight. Forget about what Reagan would do. My money says he would not have gotten us entangled in this craphole in the first place. Reagan was no genius but he didn't have to march thru a pile a crap to be able to tell you it was a pile of crap. He could tell from the smell before he set foot in it. I'll give him that much political acumen.
