I have many friends in Europe and Russia and they ask me that question.

They ask that question because they see Black people in the all levels of government, in american TV programms and on the streets.

They also see that the American politicians doing their best to please Blacks while american media calls white guy a rasist or Nazi when he/she speaks in support for his race.

Many people from EU and Russia don't even want to visit America because of that.

The problem Vi, is one racist sitting in his chair can infect 3-4 generations of children with racism, a disease that should be listed in the DSMIV. I think we are still green, blue, brown with different hues of artificial colors put there by folks on the houses. I think we have more paints here and our dwellings differ widely from the colors found elsewhere. Must be those terrible paint companies run as free and independent businesses.

I was raised to demonstrate an 'in common respect' towards all people. In my old neighbor hood there were many Italians, as I am, and many Jewish folks, Black folks, Spanish folks, it was a real melting pot. I got a long with everyone, so did everyone else. It's very easy to get a long with everyone, if they're cool, color nor creed didn't enter into the picture. Personally speaking I didn't have any trouble with anyone, as a matter of fact I wish I could have those days back, but I regress. Today, I don't regonize my old hood, I wouldn't walk down the street at night. You have gangs fighting over their so called turf...they don't own a brick on the street!
