Its a done deal and despite the protests by Black welfare and Sec 8 reciprocantes the demolition of Housing projects around the city are taking place. Its really a purge of the poor and I think when the housing projects are gone you will see crime disappear from the city which is hurting the return of businesses and working tax paying citizens. The city has a new plan to rebuild New Orleans and revitalize it with the new Federal Money that has just been disbursed to the city and other Parishes. Do you think this is a good idea?

What's "purge of the poor" mean, is that like getting rid of all the poor people?

And furthermore do you honestly think that just because some buildings are demolished crime goes away? No, buildings have little if anything to do with crime and if you want that problem solved go after those who commit crime.

I love it! A purge-of-the-poor=crime disappearing. This is so classic, KDK!

Where do you find all this funny stuff? :D

Agreed. That may reduce the petty crime and some of the violent crime but the white collar crime which tends to affect more people and involve bigger dollar amounts per crime will still be around.

To summarize the op:

Fuck the poor!

Not much more needs to be said.
