Core Issue: Developing Central Park

Have you looked at the skyrocketing cost of housing in New York City? Have you noticed the overcrowding that is prevalent everywhere? How about the record rate of unemployment and despair from the last 5 years of the Bush administration? Well Nerf Hoffelmeyer has a simple solution for those issues as well as generating additional revenue for education and health care! Let's develop Central Park!
By auctioning off the rights to Central Park to large corporations we will generate money that can be used to educate or children, feed the hungry and provide the elderly with health care for years to come. Additionally with the new development that would take place in Central Park we'd be creating new highly paid union jobs! Finally, with vast new amounts of housing available the cost of living in the city will drop dramatically.

- Nerf's plan to create jobs: cut the minimum wage in half, but then allow New Yorkers to work two jobs.
- Nerf is only pro-smokestack candidate in this years election
- Nerf wants the government to get out of water management.
- Nerf wants to get rid of the sequoia trees and replace them with large cell phone towers made to look like trees.
- Nerf is not associated with the Nerf company, makers of enjoyable sponge balls.
- Nerf wants to build a wall over the Rio Grande to keep Mexicans out.
- Nerf is a tolerant voice.
- Nerf will get rid of the budget deficit by not having a budget. He pledges to "just see how it goes."
