Just in Philadephia today a 13 year old girl killed her dad by burning down the house. It was because her dad did not let her do something she wanted to. Her Dad was on the police force also. She will not get nearly the same case as someone above 18 would, but performed the same action. How do you guys feel about the laws for minors.
