Btw, I don't think Hillary falls into either categories of your definition.

She actually already possesses those things. Her particular psychosis is that she wants to force her will of the rest of America.
She suffers from Stalinism..."A ridged authoritatianism, and widespread use of threats and force in order to get a population to comply with her desires and ideology".

I don't know she comes across as very controlled...and controlling.
