If he got the Republican nomination, I wouldn't be as worried about the outcome of this election. What we simply cannot have is more of the same, which is all the rest of the Republican candidates, especially Thompson and Giuliani. They are Bush clones.

All I can say is if they don't nominate Ron Paul, they might as well just hand the presidency over to Hillary now and save the bother. Mind you, Hillary isn't much different to Giuliani or Thompson either.

She's more of the same with a lean to the left, I agree.

As time goes on I'm beginning to like the lesser-known Republican candidates better, not just Paul, because they all seem to have more substance and independent thought than the front runners.

What's sad is how they are leading the polls, and no one has figured out that the biggest name isn't always the best name.
