I noticed that we didn't have one of these threads up recently. So what music, or form of noise, is everyone listening to right now? Just list it below.

Ma Rainey- Prove it on me blues
I've been obsessed with music from the 10's- early 30's for the past few months. I just purchased 80 78rpm records from that period.

The new 50 cent album "curtis". I have full rounded musical taste...cept Country music..can't seem to like twang no matter how good it is.

I agree with you on the twang, though I never pictured you listening to 50 cent.

One of my forex trading colleagues sent me this vid. Is it just me or does singing in Russian really suit electro pop?

Stuck Mojo video-This album hit me hard, track, after track. Is this rap? Defiantly Guitar riffs that lead you to full blown ecstasy. Thus it grabbed me, shook me violently, and made me proud to be a member of the good old USA. This is A head bounding piece of Americana. Americans kick ass, Mercy I think not. I thought music like this, new hard rock music like this, was only in my glory years. The glory years are back . Throowrocks

Tori rocks..I listen to a minimum of 20 hours a week of Tori. Some days I just hit play on the 16 hours of her music I have and get to work.
The best is my 4 year daughter sings this song to me. Nothing in life has ever been so beautiful as those moments.

It's an iTunes radio station that plays nothing but psychedelia from the 60's and 70's just like underground radio used to. It's the groove, man. Dig it. Later.

Wow. You know I love tori, and she's probably my second favorite singer behind Ani Difranco. But damn, 20 hours? I don't think I can say I even listen to two hours of anyone on average. I may play one singer 5 or 6 hours for a couple weeks, but then I may play nothing of theirs for a month of two.
You ever listen to Kate Bush? You might like her. She's somewhat similar, though with more of an 80's sound for the most part. Most people who like one of them seem to like the other one as well.

"The Celts" by Enya.
My taste in music is random, and I even listen to geeky video game music, such as zone tunes from Sonic Blast.
