My question is this. Osama is on it but NOT for mastermining the 9/11 attacks.

So who IS to blame and why isnt he/she on the FBI top ten? You'd figure that mass murder of 3000 plus people, tens of billions of property damage, etc would earn SOMEONE a spot on the top ten...

The bulletin says that he is a suspect in numerous other bombings worldwide. Given the gravity of the listed offenses where's the need to list each and every act. That will come in an indictment. Don't read the absence of specifically mentioning 09/11 offenses as an implied admission that someone other than Bin Laden is a suspect.

USAMA BIN LADEN IS WANTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE AUGUST 7, 1998, BOMBINGS OF THE UNITED STATES EMBASSIES IN DAR ES SALAAM, TANZANIA, AND NAIROBI, KENYA. THESE ATTACKS KILLED OVER 200 PEOPLE. IN ADDITION, BIN LADEN IS A SUSPECT IN OTHER TERRORIST ATTACKS THROUGHOUT THE WORLD.


I still want him captured and brought to justice, dont get me wrong, but I just feel that someone on the top ten should be directly implied in the attacks.

The reason is that they don't have any evidence that he was involved in 9/11.

It won't make any difference regarding 09/11. If he's caught he'll be tried and executed for his other "indiscretions." He can only die once. Frankly, I think that any security forces locating Osama will put an end to him in short order.

Yeah they simply don't have direct evidence of his involvment. Everyone involved is dead. The attack was a huge success. He is thousands of miles away outside the reach of the USA. He had his hand in it but he might have done as little as finance it. The idea and implementation could have been anyone in his organization.

I believe with the other attacks he has admitted involvment via video and tape releases. He hasn't claimed 9/11 as his.

Also the desciption is ambigious enough.
