Anyone read this trilogy? It's one of my all-time favorites. Just got done reading the entire thing again for the billionth time.
For those who aren't familiar with it the D'Artagnan Romances were a series of 3 books by Dumas about the entire life of D'Artagnan, a French Musketeer. Everyone's seen the Three Musketeer movies and even read the book but not a lot of people know the 'Three Musketeers' was just the name of the first book. And furthermore, the book is far different from the movie version.
The second in the trilogy was 'Twenty Years After.' The final book in the trilogy was 'The Vicomte de Bragelonne.' 'The Vicomte de Bragelonne' is absolutely huge. In fact you can usually only find it broken up into 3-5 volumes.
If you love a great book to escape into for a weekend I highly reccomend this trilogy. It has everything from romance to action. Dumas does an incredible job.
