On September 12, during a meeting with Georgian educationary in the town of Borjomi, Georgian president Saakashvili made a declaration that it is time to "ruin defeatist sentiments" and "introduce new ideology"...
What did he mean, I wonder. I know that president of Georgia is in ill odor with the populace of his country. I also know that soon there will be presidential elections in Georgia. To choose my words carefully, Saakashvili has absolutely no chances to be re-elected. Of course the big fish of the White House does not want the puppet president of Saakashvili to be dismissed - Americans have laid out too much money to bring him to power and they still have great plans for Georgia in perspective of the war in Iran. That's why I'm sure that Washington decided to provide Saakashvili with technologies that allow altering public opinion via mass media, which is brain washing if to put it in plain words. Sure, to make these technologies more effective, Saakashvili needs to take control over all independent news Medias in the country (and there are already certain achievements in this direction). When the work is done, Saakashvili will have a powerful tool to garble and change public opinion and win the election in the end.
Now, is it a democratic method? I doubt this. Americans can handle what they call "democracy" in any way((((
