Hillarycare is becoming more palatable to more voters now, even before it is a matter of law. Eldercare rationing begins even before Hillary’s coronation. The proposed rationing of healthcare to the largest users, the elderly, is getting a head start with HR 3162, which proposes to cut almost $200 billion from Medicare when it becomes law. The purpose is to eliminate those elderly who no longer contribute to the community and may actually drain the Medicare system operated by the government.
George Soros, in a presentation to a group consisting mainly of medical doctors, suggested a new approach to the problem of elderly usage of medical care. His Project on Death in America, proposes providing hospices and pain reduction centers to relieve pain and stress for those elderly facing inevitable death, not to cure them. This approach would certainly cut costs and reallocate care to those contributing to community from those who simply live off community. His program could take almost three million people a year off the Medicare rolls and save tons of money. HR 3162 is the first step in making this a reality. It will not disqualify those coming into America illegally, however. Medical care facilities are to be prohibited from checking on residence status as a means to disqualify them.
Once Hillary takes office, supported by a majority of Democrats in Congress, it will be a simple matter to add further qualifications of who can and cannot receive medical care. Since government will be the provider, and all medical centers and personnel will be under their control, individuals who complain or challenge Hillary’s new order will find themselves left out. Jews and Christians, tending to be too independent of the new rules of life in community, will be excluded, along with the elderly. Hillarycare will be the one single program best suited to cleaning up the community, reorganizing it and culling out the bad apples. It will require no concentration camps or gas chambers, simply a denial of medical care. Medical care, they claim, is a civil right, but also a civil privilege for those who “ask not what community can do for them, but what they can do for community.”
Is all this possible? Why not? Anytime a person or group takes on the responsibility of managing an organization, they must weed out those who do not contribute and reorder those who will contribute. If the organization provides a product or service, and there are alternatives available to the end-users, the organization must be efficient and cost-conscious. If, however, the alternatives were removed, the organization would only have to be efficient to the extent it serves community without stirring up rebellion.
In Hitler’s Germany, it was a simple matter to pick minority groups to offend and assault. As long as the majority would not be affected, there would be little resistance. They would accept that government knows best. They did accept the wiping out of Jews, Gypsies, and disagreeable Christians, as well as opposing political interests. Hitler attempted, almost successfully, to extend his management ideals to his neighbors and other nations. Had the Germans won, we would have had something like Hillarycare. Abortions would extend beyond the womb to include the disabled, disfigured, ugly and curious at any age. In Germany, it included all non-Aryans.
On the other hand, how can a small group of elite manage an entire nation if they do not have their hands on the throttle and brake? They alone must determine the speed, direction and distance traveled if they are to quell resistance and rebellion. They must have the power to discipline. The best ways to retain that power is by rationing food and medical care. This will make people dependent on government. Independence has been the case in America for almost 400 years and no longer tolerated. The Democrats know people belong in families and communities that, together, determine how life should be lived. Individual freedom, to them, is unnatural and not acceptable for a community that is well run.
Of course, they leave out the part about American medical advances, like everything else in America untouched by government, is the product of freedom. The best life has to offer was created by a free people, not a subservient, well managed community
