Hey, men! I've got something really killing here about plans of Hillary Clinton as a 2008 presidential candidate. As I see, the former First Lady is quite serious in the challenge for the presidency. She is going to explode an "informational bomb" soon that would seriously hit its republican opponents and bring to naught all efforts of the Republican party to justify George W. Bush's Middle East policy including the would-be strike over Iran.

According to my information, Hillary Clinton is planning to give forth to real death toll of American corps in Afghanistan and Iraq that has nothing in common with official numbers. This information is going to support most apocalyptic evaluations of experts who believe that the US has sustained over 16,000-worth casualties during war campaign in Iraq! Just as much in Afghanistan.

I say that's the right thing to do! President Bush and his administration have been lying to Americans all the way. Republicans must not stay in power anymore! No more bloodbaths for our soldiers! Hail for Hillary! Fair judgment for Bush and his administration!

First, Malcolm, welcome aboard! I hope you enjoy it here.

That's an interesting in idea about Clinton dropping a bomb. Given how much misinformation about the war against Iraq is constantly being spread, I wouldn't be surprised at all to see something like this break.

But because of the razor-thin margin the democrats have in the Congress, I don't expect to any imminent revelation making much difference unless it's so compelling that citizens force them into action.

I hope you're right

I will believe it when it happens.

Welcome to DF btw.

Hillary voted for the war.

Gee, you'd think she'd rescind her vote, or even introduce legislation deauthorizing the war, as Congress did decades ago with the Gulf of Tolken Resolution.

Neither has happened!

But with Hillary, it;s always what she's PROMISING to do tomorrow, pay no mind to what she's doing today, or did in the past, right?

Would any of this information be her own records from the 1990s the Clinton Library is hiding from voters? I bet not :)

I used to vote Republican mostly, with some Democrat for local and state offices, but have since switched to Independent on my voter registration. My position is that of a Moderate. Bush and his handlers have pushed an already too far right leaning party over the edge.
But Hillary, IMHO, is not showing her true face to the public. I suspect that the real Hillary is a dangerous person, certainly not someone who can unite the nation on the issues. Her persona that the media is reluctant to show us
is that of a nasty, ill tempered person. Think of her as just like Bill, but with a lot less restraint when it comes to getting her way. If she does get the nomination, and the Republicans put up a viable candidate, she should get trounced in the end.
But if the Republicans put up a clown, she just might make it. After all, that is how we got Bush.

Welcome to DF Malcolm.

If she really does come out with the true figure, I think you will hear a collective "We told you so" from all the independent news sites and blogs that have been saying all along that the official tally is bogus.

Good on her if she does, but I don't think it will be enough to shoot her into the lead.

Hello Malcolm and welcome to the Democracy Forums. Great to have you join us.

Jafar, I think that you're right that if Hillary presents true and accurate casualty stats it may advance her candidacy but this mess with Hsu has really hurt her image as an above board honest Democrat. Frankly, being married to Bill doesn't help her either. Too many still judge him by the shortcomings of his administration.

With Thompson now in the race I'm going to sit back and enjoy the campaigns.

This information is going to support most apocalyptic evaluations of experts who believe that the US has sustained over 16,000-worth casualties during war campaign in Iraq! Just as much in Afghanistan. If she has other numbers that are not fantasy and the death toll has been drastically lied about by the Pentagon and the administration, whoa! Gnarly. However I doubt it, sincerely doubt it.

Now if she comes up with imaginary numbers with no proof except for the word of Moveon and the press runs with it and tries to pass them off as fact, that I could believe.
IMO it won't work, though. They still have the MSM, the NYT, the LA LA Times etc, but they by no means rule it all anymore. So sad.
It might have worked 20 years ago but no more. Their stranglehold on info has been broken.
Talk radio, honest media and the pajamaheddin will blow it out of the water.
She may not be the smartest woman in the world, but she ain't that stupid.

Let's see...this was posted almost a month ago. We're still waiting.
I sure hope your inside info isn't wrong.

Hillary would lie if the truth would serve her better. She and her "husband" have put their fingers up in the air to see which way the public wind was blowing I'm not sure they even know what they believe any more. While she may be the front runner now, the only people watching are the dyed in the wool political junkies. The far, far left love her. Which is why she has such high negative numbers. No on has ever been elected with such high negatives. She'll get the nomination and then all the scandals are going to start pouring out...again. But then, that's just my opinion.

The leftie's love for Hillary is conditional as long as she toes the far left moveontype line.

This may serve her well in the primaries but she'll have to do an about face in the general election in order to win.
This will PO the left but by then it will be too late. Unless a third party Nader type comes along, who else are these socialists going to vote for, a republican?

She's playing her political cards well and in the end all the moveontypes who think that they are using her might end up being used by Hilary in the end.
This will not sit well with them, but what are they going to do except whine and scream? She will be able to "afford" to ignore them then.

What the American people have to do is remember what she says today because it sure will be different to what she says once the general election comes around, and we need to point out her hypocrisy and, flip flopping and double speak. The media, as we know, sure won't do it for us.
Those partisan media hacks will be in the tank for her no matter what.
It is a tough row to hoe, running against, and defeating the media along with the Dem party but we've done it before.

This Hsu scandal is not going away as the media and Clinton Inc hoped it would.
I think that Hillary voted NO in the Senate condemning the "Betrayus" ad because Moveon has the power to destroy her with this Hsu thing if they wanted.

Another reason is that Hillary is more scared of alienating Soros and his groups than she is of attacking and alienating the American military.

Of course if she wins the nomination all this will change.
She won't need Soros as much anymore and the about face, hypocrisy and double-speak will come flowing in torrents.
The Media will ignore this, but the landscape has changed in the last decade and she will be called on it by honest individuals in the public and by the "new media".

The more people who pay attention and are aware of the facts, the more her chances of victory in 08 will fall.

conservatives are getting more and more paranoid of Hilary with each passing day. It's amusing to say the least. The conservative Boogyman LOL.

I don't like her at all, but the fear in conservatives eyes is amazing. They will say anything or do anything to try and stop her, even lying.

Fear of her socialist aims are very real and very scary.
She is a "stealth" socialist and hiding her "collectivism" views are the only way Hillary can gain the power she needs to enact her insidious plans for America.

She has even gone so far as to make the ridiculous claims that her universal health care plan is NOT gov run.
What a joke. It obviously is. Just more lies.
How stupid does she think we all are?
Very, it seems.
