Obama:
Karl Rove was an architect of a political strategy that has left the country more divided, the special interests more powerful, and the American people more shut out from their government than any time in memory. But to build a new kind of politics, it will take more than the departure of a man or even an Administration that constructed the old it will take a movement of everyday Americans committed to changing Washington and reclaiming their government.

Edwards:
Goodbye, good riddence.

CYA! Dont let the door hitya where EVOLUTION splitya!
I'm waiting for his answer of the Congressional subpoenas now that he is no longer working for the WH. Court rulings have not been in favor of former Executive branch employees having any kind of immunity no matter what their status. Now the fun begins. Seeing this guy twist at the end of his rope will be well worth it.

Maybe you and Bobby Byrd can have a bonfire.
some marshmallows, maybe?
Don't take that as a literal statement and you would be closer to how I feel. Death to Rove would be too easy. Letting him dangle out there for the world to see what a crook he has been is more my speed. But then, it would be just like the neocons to repeat something that isn't true just because it sounded good, eh, preservanation?

Sorry bout that,
1. But Rove won't even be hassled from now on.
2. The Neoliberals wanted him out.
3. He shall be out soon, and then they think that they will have some sort of advantage.

Rove leaving before the end of Bush's term is a Democratic victory. I still think they'll hound Rove, but he's out for now. Of course they'll hound him more if he attempts to delve into GOP politics in '08.
