Why would anyone do such a thing?

CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. - A space program worker deliberately damaged a computer that is supposed to fly aboard shuttle Endeavour in less than two weeks, an act of sabotage that was caught before the equipment was loaded onto the spaceship, NASA said Thursday.

This morning's paper carried news that NASA has been allowing astronauts fly when flight surgeons considered them too drunk to be safe. I'd guess that NASA is going to find itself in real deep shit again if these reports turn out to be true.

I makes you wonder why he sabotaged it. The good thing is their checks picked up the problem before it really became one.

On a tangent, Why hasn't CWN blamed Islam for it yet? :D

One really wonders if NASA is really needed. Sure we got foam beds because of NASA but so what. The program costs billions and for what...to see some space rocks up close?

NASA should be privitized.
