Check out an article about the EU's path to global dominance. The EU leaders decided to challenge the U.S. economical and political global supremacy. The Europeans plan to have the strongest economy in the world by 2010. However it seems that not everything is going on according to the plan:

Well you know we are building our own EU here in North America, our leaders have sold us out. The same powers behind our North American union are the same powers behind the EU, they plan to merge us with the EU for a global system, ie world government or at least its economic side, ie the WTO which is a form of world government right now.

The EU isn't going to be dominent, the NEW WORLD ORDER will. the EU is a control block for the economic side of world government, with it comes the NORTH AMERICAN UNION (FOR THE USA) and the ASIAN UNION, these blocks will be merged into one for a global world market controlled by a few men. The Govenment body will come out of the UN that will manage the world government, and it will be dominent over the earth. We will be slaves then....freedom will be gone.

We will be slaves then....freedom will be gone. You're only a slave if you choose to be. Besides, Robo, as said before, it'll never happen in the US. Too many free thinking independent people left here that won't stand for opression.
