Who is this guy? Impressive showing tonight in the Fox debate. I did like what he said. It was a very conservative view from start to finish...consistent too. The rest dissappointed me greatly...especially McCain. Giuliani I think did great. He is now my #1.

Congresmen from Texas' 14th district. He's an Ex-Libertarian Presidential candidate from the 80s and maintains a lifetime membership with the Libertarian Party, I can't say enough good things about him.

NC and firefox were talking about him in another thread and got my interest up Labrocca. I agree he's made great statements in both debates. I doubt he has a chance, he's too honest.

Supposedly there's a special between him and Giuliani on CNN tonight. I'll be watching that to keep eye on Paul.

He's on the Situation Room some time this hour. Giuliani won't be there, which is a shame, because Ron would make him look stupid in a 1 on 1 debate.

Thanks TIVO set.

As much play as that clip has been getting, I wouldn't want the wings beneath my wings clipped either when it's shown how his words were twised.

Is that cynicism for Uncle Sam's political system, lily? ;)
Ron Paul is the best bet Americans have for reversing the slide into empire and returning to our republic. But you're right...it's probably too late for honest people to be President.
Still we can hope and support this honest man.
Giuliani? A flimflam man with so much liberal baggage he couldn't get elected. The base will stay home in a huff if he's nominated.
Are there any other candidates from the "major" parties that have the guts to say American foreign policy has gone off the cliff? I am not referring to the wars of aggression. I mean the global hegemonic imperialism. Maybe Kucinich...

Oh I can't wait to see him smoke the other candidates tonight on CNN.

I just hope they ask him questions regarding domestic policy. I'm tired of hearing solely about Iraq.

I'd say he would be an okay president. Not to happy that he was on Bill Meher, though.
I don't like his war policy, but we should stay away from other nations inner governments, with the exeption of Iran and Extremist countries who hate America and want us dead. Kinda makes sense.
sense! HAHA!! THE SPELLING IS CORRECT!!! diddn't have to look it up!!:D

Relevant 3 minute video That was a good video. Especially interesting was the part where Dr. Paul was willing to put up $100 for the medal, and not one of the other reps. was willing to do so. Very telling. The more I see of this man, the more I like him. Reagan conservative, Constitutionalist, seemingly genuine, honest guy. And certainly consistent, the most lacking trait of today's politicians. I wish I could meet him, as I'm an excellent judge of character (not to toot my own horn or anything:P). But so far, his record speaks for it's self.

That's where it gets scary.
