One of my friends turned 60 earlier this week.Â*Â*He was a Howdy Doody fan in his youth.Â*Â*His family was very poor and first got TV in 1953, when he was 6.Â*Â*For him HD was an event, he thought he was in the peanut gallery, ect.

I want to get him some sort of memorablia, especially Howdy Doody DVDs.Â*Â*From 1953 onwards, what were the best seasons, episodes, ect?

Any suggests are welcome.

I also have a budget of about $30. I can spend $40 though for the "perfect" gift.
