Seems the Duke rape accuser has had quite the past. Seems this isn't the first time she's accused men of rape.

I hope they go after her and prosecute. She doesn't deserve to be out enjoying freedom.

1. Agreed, she should be sitting in a prison cell next to Nifongs.
2. These two, are responsible for all this, and they should both spend 25 years in jail.
3. The amount of time that the innocent young men faced.
4. This would be justice.

Actually to equal the damage she has done to these men the only thing close that could happen to her would be for her to really be raped.Â*Â*Then she would tell the police and no one would believe her because of all the false reports in the past. Crying wolf is a dangerous game.

Stoner, wishing rape on someone is just sick. What this woman did was wrong, but in no way possible makes here somehow deserve being raped as justice.

No, what she deserves is to have to pay for the investigation costs and possible purgery charges.

Oh I read it, I just don't think of rape as true justice in any case. After doing volunteer work helping rape victims for a year I will never think that.

His status as a lawyer is before the bar as we discuss this mess. I can see him being disbarred for sure. Obfuscating exculpatory evidence has to be a crime, but we shall see in time.

Sadly, it doesn't surprise me that either Cheesy or Stoner advocate rape as revenge. I can understand momentary anger, even a feeling of rage, but advocating rape as revenge is beyond human decency.

Yes, the prosecutor is reprehensible, and the woman who made the charges should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law, but there's a whole lot of self-righteousness parading around here on this topic. And I believe Cheesy and Stoner are stoking the flames for a lynching.
