Intimidation of Constitutional Court

Here you are. On Wednesday Constitutional Court of Ukraine postponed hearing of case of legitimating of Yushchenko’s decision about Rada’s dissolution. It became known that just before session some of Court’s members received threats directed against their families’ lives on the side of controlled by Yushchenko Council of National Defence (SBU). So we could see at first hand illustration for Michael McFaul’s Helsinki revelations about Ukrainian Orange revolution. Dr. McFaul is assistant professor at Standford University and director of Center on Democracy, Development, and Rule of Law at Freeman Spogli Institute for International Studies and acts on behalf of United States Agency for International Development. He’s specialist in election political technologies in CIS and on conference in Helsinki told everyone openly and in detail about system of election grafts that helped Orange government coming to power in Ukraine.
Dr. McFaul is very experienced specialist at such actions. He even told ‘tariffs’ for election voices’ purchasing and other ‘expense items’. So by such election garbling USA is able to establish government they want. The result of Orange revolution didn’t satisfy them. So now they’re going to rectify it a little and to set ‘Ukrainian democracy development’ on track they need. But then there is no democracy in Ukraine. US ‘big brother’ can twist its election life round US little finger.
Americans prepare one more usurpation of power. There is already dictatorship in Georgia. And soon there will be another in Ukraine.

Sometimes I wonder how I live with myself as an American. Then I remember the rest of the world is positively insane, so I go have a sandwich.
