Sorry bout that,

1. But after three or more years, we start hearing about some wayward things that were supposedly done by the Republicans.
2. Gonzales firing a bunch of worthless lawyers.
3. Stolen election of 2004 in Ohio.
4. I can see the neolibs winding up a weak neolib machinery to attack the Republicans.
5. I am getting tired of all this, I am sure the Bush Administration is too.
6. Time Bush started using his own hammer.

Regards,
SirJamesofTexas

Um Chess you know I don't think the president has the power to silence critics, in fact I think there may be something in the bill of rights and the constitution.

Actually the president does have to put up with this because he answers to the people and the laws of America. And I'm not a neolib, I am a democratic socialist. A neo-liberal would imply that I want an economy with little or no interference by the goverment. Which I think is what you and your party wants, so technicaly you're the neo-lib. :D

That sounds funny that you are getting tired of hearing about what the Republicans in office done wrong. I was getting tired of hearing all the wrong that the Republicans in office were doing without any sort of accountibility for their wrongfull actions. I think it is high time that the administration be investigated for each and every crime committed against it's citizens and the rest of the world. Bush might be getting tired of hearing about accusations against him, but apparently he never listened.

And as far as using his "Hammer", that is a big joke now. Bush has no power. Finally the people have woken up and seen the administration for the corrupt and morally bankrupt organization it truely is. Bush will be known as the president that buried the Republican party.

I have asked this befoire but Chess never answers but I will try again.
Chess....I spent many years in the US Air Force as Pilot. I have seen combat both from a distance and close up and I have bled. I retired as Lt. Col.
My question to you Chess is......what have you done personally to protect and defend our country? Have you gone in harm's way? Have you shed any blood? You are a blowhard of the first order and I wager you have never worn the uniform of any branch of the military services. Being a patriot is a lot more than shooting off your mouth or wearing a flag in your lapel.

If he does that enough, they'll just impeach him.

He's pissing off enough Republicans in Congress that if he keeps it up, they'll want him out almost as much as everyone else does.

I had no trouble giving him reputation points yesterday, chessy... :P and maybe it's YOUR button that needs to be blocked, because chessy, in case you haven't noticed lately... you're in the red...

:P

on a side note... about reputation... is it a one time shot? I mean, once I give reputation points to someone on one thread, am I prohibited from giving them points again on another thread?

Tom "The Hammer" DeLay is no longer bush's hammer... he resigned from congress before last year's election... something about a corruption charge, I think it was... don't you remember, chessy?

bush's "hammer" is broken, chessy...

4. You turn your back often on this Nation, with your neolib stance.
5. Its been your job to lessen and dig at the foundation of America, seeing you used to write neolib cr@p for a neolib rag.

So he's a traitor just because of his stance on the economy advocates minimal interference by government in the economy. I don;t like that idea ever Chess but it doesn't make him a traitor. Oh and if you're using the term neo-lib in your "special" way then I'm sorry but it gets confusing.
