Haunting was banned today.

He has continued to attack members here. The staff and I are sick of it.

I sent him this PM 2 days ago:

Basically I am PMing you a personal warning. I will give you a chance to begin posting with more civility. I will not tolerate your continued crap. Last and only warning...

Either you decide to participate here in a civil manner or I decide to boot you for good.

Thank you.

My PM was blunt and civil.

Today I got this response:

oh bull sh1t you're gonna ban me no matter what i say since it isnt you preferred opinion. spare me the bull sh1t. i may as well be saddom and you be bush. you schmvcky dems are protecting him better than the whole of northcom.

So...that's how you get banned in under 100 posts. Just an FYI. :)

Oh dear! I don't even know if I ever ran into him or dealt with him. However, if speaking to him about his behavior and with his refusal to be reasonable and to find a common ground and answer, well, yep, I guess so. You can be blunt and to the point and bring up your own points but geez!
Y'all have a job to do, and you did it, and that happens. Sorry you had to deal with it.

Well, I'm glad he was banned. He struck me as unstable and potentially dangerous--besides which, it was never clear what he was trying to say. Thank you, senior staff.

Sorry bout that,

1. But I have to disagree.
2. I didn't really know much about Haunting, but I did read some very good points in his words.
3. He was a bit gruff, for sure.
4. But he was very clever in wording stuff, and getting his point across.
5. I think perhaps he was banned a bit to quickly, maybe you will just ban he a week or two eh buddy?
6. Maybe he can tone it down???

Exactly. Libs are the biggest hypocrites in the world. All they do is accuse you of the very same things they do themselves.

It's like on these forums. You are constantly hearing every lib on here whine and cry about others not posting "proof" and such but the truth be told it's those same people doing the accusing that are the guiltiest of them all.

That's why I personally never respond when the libs get on their whining kick crying about proof and such. All it is is them projecting their own debating flaws.

The only lib who can coherently and intelligently debate on here is Lilly. I think without the bad influences of the loud-mouthed, mentally challenged libs on this forum she would lean more towards the neutral side and would also be fun to debate with. Unfortunatly every other lib on here is your typical moveon.org, Kos conspiracy theory whacko. All they do is infest and corrupt the libs that actually want to debate in a civil fashion. All the libs (besides Lilly) can do on a continuous basis is resort to name-calling and personal attacks.

But don't worry. They'll rise up from the sewers in a few moments with their "mirror" tecniques (taking the truth, spinning it around and saying everyone else is the one doing it).

Best advice for a more enjoyable experience? Do what I do. Ignore them and skip over 90% of their posts. That way your head won't explode from the nonsense they post. Just post your opinion and move on. That's what I do.

Hopefully soon we'll get some intelligent libs on here who can debate instead of resorting to name-calling and such. Right now all they have is Lilly.
