Help and Advice Forum

Recently, I have been having a lot of very private issues which have not helped my paranoia or depression... I found it helpful not only to talk to my friend, but to post on the internet to strangers who ive never met, it helped me a lot.

I feel that this forum could benefit from and Help and Advice Forum, for ANYONE to ask for advice, or want to talk to someone... where they could get impartial advice on anything thats bothering them or any problems they hold...

You could even make it more private somehow i spose...

This would be a good idea, though it would be even better if we had a way to make the poster asking, or at least the original post if nothing else, anonymous.

Though, if we do this, I think we should take extra precautions to keep it respectful and to prevent people from attacking the original poster.

To be fair I am really for something like this. There is a lot of experience on this board whether it be what to do or not to do.

Nitrus..........I'm sorry to hear that you have been having problems. I've wondered where you were and I miss you. I think your idea is a great one, but I also see it turning into what has already happened by just suggesting it. For it to work IMO, and as already was mentioned is heavy moderating and a ton of editing.

Hey Nitrus, we have been missing you!

If there is ever anything I can do to assist don't hesitate to ask whether in forum or PM.

I like your idea. I also think that a great deal of moderation would be required to keep things civil in such a situation as well as to make the advice given useful to the person making the request.
