I think this would be tremendous. Lieberman was always more of a Republican than a lib. He's far too intelligent to be strapped down there in Idiotville.

Huh? Lieberman has voted Democrat on almost everything except the war, how does that make him more of a Republican?

Lieberman will never go Republican. If he did, he'd be just another cog in the Republican party machinery. As a Democrat who spends all of his time attacking other Democrats and threatening to leave the party, though, he gets continuous attention and TV face time. Joe wouldn't give that up, even at gun point.
