That's tough, either my dad's rib with my family's dry rub on it or my mom's lentil soup.

There's a middle eastern salad I get at a local restaurant that I love. Ingredients are mixed greens, chick peas, Greek olives, tomato, avocado, feta cheese, hard boiled egg, and a soy ginger dressing. MMmmmm!

If I could pick one meal, it would be the Lemon Chicken that I used to get at a local Chinese place. A helping of Miso soup and a side of tempura would make the meal complete.
