Sorry bout that,

1. But it is true, the neolibs are parroting an insane agenda.
2. Its total lunacy.
3. They are very unethical in every way.
4. I think Ted Kennedy is the main reason.
5. He is a released criminal from a murder, and is sitting on his seat of power because his brother was JFK.
6. That's bad folks.
7. And this is why the neolibs has sunk so low over the last 40 years.

It's also why they've only won 2 out of the last 7 presidential elections. America isn't buying their crap.

Is that why a lot of Republicans have been going to jail lately?

Two things.

Chess, you're completely [and probably intentionally] misusing the word "neoliberal", which actually means free-market and capitalistic.

Two: Ted Kennedy would not have been guilty of murder, he would have been guilty of fleeing the scene of an accident and potentially negligent or involuntary homicide.Â*Â*I don't like Ted Kennedy, but he's not a murderer.

Involuntary manslaughter usually refers to an unintentional killing that results from recklessness or criminal negligence, or from an unlawful act that is a misdemeanor or low-level felony (such as DUI). The usual distinction from voluntary manslaughter is that involuntary manslaughter (sometimes called "criminally negligent homicide") is a crime in which the victim's death is unintended.Sorry to bring legal facts into this, I guess that makes me a liberal [which explains why I'll be voting in the Republican Primary for the 08 cycle].

Ah, Ad Hominems...gotta love 'em.

Sorry to bring legal facts into this

Allow me to highlite the most important part of your quote.

Involuntary manslaughter usually refers to an unintentional killing that results from recklessness or criminal negligence, or from an unlawful act that is a misdemeanor or low-level felony (such as DUI). The usual distinction from voluntary manslaughter is that involuntary manslaughter (sometimes called "criminally negligent homicide") is a crime in which the victim's death is unintended.

Yes, he did indeed kill that poor woman. No amount of spin can change that. But you libs are more than welcome to try.

The word "usually" is there because each state has its own statutes regarding involuntary manslaughter. The usually is referring to the latter part of the sentence, not the "unintentional killing" part. Involuntary manslaughter, by nature, is unintentional; murder is not. Can you, or anyone else prove that Ted Kennedy meant to run his car into a river and kill a woman?

Show me where it says that.

Just to clarify, are you asking me to show you where that quotes says that involuntary manslaughter is not voluntary?

It doesn't say that.Â*Â*The good people of Findlaw.com assume that the reader can figure that out for his or herself.

Now, what you're probably going to attempt to do is say that because I can't show you that FindLaw isn't saying that sometimes involuntary manslaughter is voluntary, that I am wrong...Proceed.

Wait, so you think usually means you can call anyone a murderer?

It's the stoned "Republican" mind at work, folks. Don't try and explain it because you won't be able to. They are already convinced of his guilt and no amount of explaining or legal terminology or lack of a conviction will change that. I admire you for trying, Cynic.

Democrats have won 5 out of the last 12 presidential elections but I sure do like how you skew the stats by drawing the line right in front of Carter's election in 1976. That's the trouble with Republicans, they are affected by their own version of lunacy and the proof is right here in this thread. That's why they have a new logo for their party which more accurately symbolizes what their party is all about.

Boy oh boy, can’t stop laughing.

How let me see. Republicans lie the nation in to a war, billions of dollars are spent and have gone missing, the VPs company gets the lions share of the contracts, none of the Republican predictions about the war are valid, but all you Repubs. can do is dredge up old school terms? Sad!

We don’t care about your out of date terms! They do not work any more!

You guys must be really desperate. Oh well!
