For a romantic time, I would pick Sophia Loren. She is the queen of all women.

Well, my "celebrity valentine" died a couple of weeks ago. She was Molly Ivins, the best and funniest liberal columnist ever. I followed her since 1970, when she came back to Texas to edit The Texas Observer, and later when she was nationally syndicated. I never met her personally, but I can't think of anyone I'd rather go to Scholz's garden with than her for some beer drinkin', story-tellin', laughin' an' dancin'. She was the best, and there'll never be another one like her.
