Mayberry

Well, it's been very interesting around here, and thank you all for a great forum. I've got to check out though. It seems that all politics really does for me is raise my blood pressure to dangerous levels. My wife is really tired of me being angry all the time. The only way I can think of maintaining my usually laid back, easy going attitude is to remove myself from all things political. I can't even watch the news anymore without getting irritated, so I'm going to stay away from that too. I guess I just realized that life is too short to be miserable. I was born 40 years too late and things will never go back to the way they were, so I'm just gonna go fishing more, and take my family camping, and just enjoy life. Thanks to everyone, and best of luck.
I am really going to miss you Mayberry. Sure you don't want to just take a break? You know where we are, when you decide to debate again!

I may drop in from time to time. Maybe in time I'll feel better, but things aren't going well right now for me. I'll miss you too Lily.
Mayberry, you and Rider were the two I remembered most when first starting to post. I sure hope you stop in now and then. I'll miss you my "friend".

I can assure you that your diet plays a much much greater role in that. Try cutting meat out of your diet for a week and see what happens, try soy substitutes.

I'm sorry to see you go Mayberry. I'll miss seeing that cat in your avatar. But you have to go if you think it will make you feel better.
But if you want, you can always come back.

2. Look dude a rooney, eat more salads, your pressure will go down then.
3. Eat a salad for lunch, and dinner, with a little fish.
4. It will work wonders on your high pressure.
5. Cut back on beef.
6. Stay on your pressure pills.
7. Or get some pressure pills.
8. You don't stroke out on your family.
9. Take care dude a rooney.

Gonna miss you but imho taking political debating online is harmful to ones health. I used to get upset but more and more I just let it go. You can't let posters with their opposing views upset you. To each their own as they say.
Enjoy the fishing and don't be shy about stopping in to say hello to friends.

You were always one of the more level headed posters. I'll miss seeing you around.
Though I agree sometimes debates can get bothersome. But if they're interfering with the rest of your life, or the quality of it, then definately take a time out.

Bless you, dear, in whatever you do. Please take care of your health, that is the Number One issue. I like your posts too but you have to be good to yourself, honey.
Hang in there, and catch a big fishie for my 5 cats!
Take care of yourself and yours, please. That is most important.
With hugs,
Your Pookie

I would murder someone if they took meat away from me.

Hey, speaking of leaving the boards...when is your next expected meltdown where you whine and leave only to come back a few weeks later? Any predictions, ECW?
only to come back a few weeks later
You do realize that people have lives, don't you?

Drug thugs have no lives. That's what he keeps showing us.
Only Republicans whine. Especially after they got "thumped" last November. In fact, that's all stoned Republicans can do is whine or offer up "me, too" posts. Blow another bowl, sparky. The edge is coming back.
Take care of yourself Mayberry. Thanks for posting.

Hey, I'll leave the board when you can pass a weekly random drug test for five consecutive years. Deal?

That would explain his incoherent posts.
Guess I'll be hanging around forever then holding the drug thug accountable for his Republican lunacy and "his incoherent posts."
