Yeah he has to be the worst public speaking President we have had in modern times. Some of those quotes are just terrible.

"I love to bring people into the oval office...and say, this is where I office."-

And the quotes go on and on.

I can't believe that the Kerry campaign didn't use any of this.
He does seem very nervous when he speaks.

Whether you're pro or anti-Bush, those are pretty funny. I have to say I'd probably make the same stumbles if there was a microphone on all the time. Maybe not.
