Does anyone use this extension for FF? I've noticed that, since upgrading to FF2, the java on this and some other pages doesn't work perfectly, despite the fact that I have full permissions granted for this domain.
For instance, the little + and - buttons (for expanding and collapsing groups of subforums) don't work for me when No-Script is running.

I just use FF2, but I have no problem with the + or - buttons here.
Not sure what the No-Script is that you are talking about.

No Script is an extension for FF that prevents malicious scripts on unfamiliar/untrustworthy websites from running on your PC.

I trust this site, so I have scripts enabled here. Before I upgraded to FF2, everything here worked fine. Since then, not so much. :)

Are you sure you have the latest version of the add-on?

I have tried to update all add-ons through the FF interface. If there's a newer version, I'd expect it to be obtainable that way. The author may have something newer in beta, I suppose, but I hesitate to install that unless I know it's likely to fix my problem.

Use Opera. Why would need an extension for something that should be a built in function? I can't stand Firefox.
http://www.Opera.com and all these petty problems will be solved.

slappy,
After updating FF it is a good idea to install the latest version of the extension. Or if you have the current version, reinstall it. I had the same problem with my 'chickenfoot' (http://groups.csail.mit.edu/uid/chickenfoot/) extension.

Thanks, that was worth a try and it hadn't occurred to me. No change though, unfortunately.

Any adblock users here?

I use it, but only started recently. I haven't noticed much effect so far, but that may be because Norton already blocks a lot of junk for me.

Incidentally, I downloaded the latest build of NoScript and everything seems fine now.

Cool. NoScript plus Tor is great for your privacy!
