1. But yes, its the,* Fight Fire With Fire *, there is a way to fight terror, but the way we have been doing it is all wrong.
2. We need to save our troops, not put them into a situation of vulnerability.
3. Because the terrorists don't fight a fair war.

Before you engage in a WoT, you have to identify the terrorist state, or the terrorist personally. Would you consider N. Korea a terrorist state ? Malaysia ? Pakistan ? Afghanistan ? Turkey ? Egypt ? Jordan ? The House of Saud ? Somalia ? Tanzania ? Kenya ? Where does it stop ?

Chess, ever considered the prospect of bringing the troops home from foreign locations where they don't need to be? This would solve the troops-getting-killed problem, and would result in a fizzling out of most terrorism. Countless academic, military, and even foreign terrorist sources have cited US/other foreign occupation as being the #1 reason for their attacks.
