It's not up to us.
It's not being tried in an international court or as a U.S. military tribunal where we would have any say.
He's being tried under Iraqi law by the Iraqi justice system. Whatever they decide his outcome should be should be accepted.
Personally I don't think they should execute him until he's been wrung dry of any and all intelligence and questions that have arisen in the past 30 years. He's a tyrant but he knows enough that sending him to an early grave would be counterproductive. It's not up to the Americans though.

They will just hang him, he will be executed no matter what. This trial is just a formality, everybody knows he will be executed.
Why shouldn't he be killed? If genocide isnt enough for the death penalty then I really don't know what is.

Well, i dont think he should hang, or be killed in the US, he deserves to be killed in his own country, by the people that hate him, thats my opinion

How about putting him in a room and blare Slayer into it. It is humane, but we'll get the pansy ass liberals claming we are using torture.

Lock him in a room with Michael Jackson for a few hours. That will prevent him from doing frankly anything for the rest of his life.

Although is being judged in Irak, too much things have happened in that judgement that could makes it invalid. Death penalty? NEVER
