In its touching care of its own security USA doesn’t take into consideration interests of any other countries. Have you heard that
Americans are going to deploy its antiballistic missile system on the territory of Eastern Europe? And how do you think that would be combined with NATO collective defence liability?
I just understand that Eastern Europe would be under that US system protection. And what about France, and Germany and other states of Old Europe? It turns out that we’ll be protected mush worse than NATO countries of Eastern Europe. Begging your pardon but that’s utter breaking of NATO liability for collective defence! Obviously US hadn’t troubled to take this fact into account (of course they hadn’t for NATO dances to American piping). Moreover nobody knows how this system would be interact with future NATO similar one. Can anybody guarantee that we won’t get between devil and deep sea?
I guess national referendums in European NATO countries relating American ABM here are a must!
Let’s do anything at all. Otherwise it turns out that we’re in blissful ignorance of all US shady affairs with their ABM system and that we’re just sitting and waiting for crash of thunder. And US with NATO think fit to keep us in suspense and make such important decisions without asking our opinion.
