BRITNEY Spears enraged ex is claimed to be hawking a sex video he made on their honeymoon for the fee of $65 million.

Dumped husband Kevin Federline has been touting the four-hour tape for sale and a film company wants to make it available online to fans around the world, Britain's News of the World newspaper claimed.

One close pal said: "This vid is dynamite and Kev knows it."

The newspaper also revealed that Britney slapped divorce papers on Federline - who had already been linked with prostitutes - after she caught him in a bedroom with another woman.

Britney, 24, fears the raunchy footage will destroy her wholesome image unless she caves in to his demands for a payoff and custody of their children Sean Preston, one, and Jayden James, eight weeks.

She is worried she will become infamous like Paris Hilton - whose home-made sex video, was put on the internet by her ex and became one of the world's most popular sites.

Federline, 28, has bragged to pals that his X-rated tape shows the Oops, I Did It Again singer performing a series of explicit sex acts.

The home-made video is believed to show the naked couple enjoying an uninhibited range of love-making and sexual games. It was made during the first weeks of their relationship two years ago when they were holed up in one of the exclusive bungalows at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles.

News of the tape emereged as it was revealed the aspiring rap star – dubbed Fed-Ex by the US media – is unlikely to be entitled to any of his estranged wife's $162 million fortune when the couple's divorce is finalised.

Details of the pop star's iron-clad 60-page prenuptial agreement, released for the first time, reveal the lengths Spears' lawyers went to protect her interests prior to her October 2004 marriage to Federline.

Spears wanted every penny protected by the prenup and directed her vast legal team to draw up a list of all her worldwide assets, held in a myriad of companies including Britney Brands, BritneyFilms, Britney Online, Britney Touring, Fairy Zone Productions, One More Time Music and Britney Television.

Spears even staged an elaborate sham wedding, again to protect her fortune. The event, on September 18, 2004, was meant to be the "real thing" but, with Federline yet to sign the prenup, a proper wedding could not go ahead.

They were married for real on October 6 – after Federline had signed the agreement that banned him from making any future claim against any assets his wife had prior to their marriage.

A source linked to the prenuptial negotiations said last night: "Everyone thinks Britney is this hick from Louisiana but in reality, she is an extraordinarily astute businesswoman who has built herself into a global brand."

Without the agreement, Spears, who built her fortune off the back of bubblegum hits such as Oops! I Did It Again and Baby One More Time could have been forced to split her empire 50-50.

How can you release a sex tape legally without having the other persons consent in some form or another?

I agree this should be illegal, but really if you don't want something to see the light of day you shouldn't be stupid enough to make it in the first place.

Reading the article, Zo.......I have no fears her lawyers will take care of everything. In the meantime, this guy looks like the ass he is. What's that saying? All publicity is good.

Didn't she go on record as saying there was no such tape a few weeks ago anyway? Sounds like her "wholesome image" is already f**ked up by dating a married guy in the first place.

4 hours?!Â*Â*Good thing it didn't last longer than 4 hours or they would have had to contact a physician.

Right. Britney got speared all right! Sorry I had to it was inevitable that someone would say it ;) I don't get the sex tape thing. To me, it would imply that the other person was planning on going away/breaking it off at some point in the future right?

If it's worth that much money, why wouldn't she just ask for half the proceeds. After all, she was half the cast and equally involved with its production.

I could see them doing it for their viewing pleasure later.

Just a question, but was the camera hidden?

Or did she know that she was on candid camera?

If she knew the...event, yeah, that's good...the event was being taped then how can one side with her legally? If she saw the camera and did not object to it that's as good as consent in the eyes of the law and while this move is despicable, it is legal.

Hahahahahaha

I have to agree with the few members that said she shouldn't have made it in the first place.Don't do things that can come back and (pardon my language) bite you in the ass.

And BTW I think her teen pop image was destroyed as soon as she started popping babies out of her like "The Gremlins" movie.

I don't know that you aren't a woman, and you sound offended. Sorry about that. But, you don't need to be a woman to be offended by that. Lots of men probably do too. For now I stand by it.
