View Full Version : * The Dehumanazation Of Aborted Babies To Harvest Their Parts*

Sorry bout that,
1. But sure this topic reads like hell, but that's what it is.
2. And that's where humans are going.
3. With the countless deaths of the living babies within the womb of a woman.
4. Those poor souls, babies have you, who are extinguished in the womb, as of now, are respected that their bodies are still their own.
5. And have and do get a proper burial in America.
6. But how long will that be?
7. Will the Liberals state a claim to those body parts for the good of mankind?
8. Will they claim that those baby eye's would be better served seeing that that baby will be put to death, and won't be needing them?
9. Liver, whatever.
10. This is going to come about sooner or later.
11. I say the ghoulish Liberals will be buying there way into Hell, for this is worse than mass murderer's, and is lower than an animal could ever consider.
12. It will take place, and I see it as an Abomination.

Chess, your position seems to place babies, "Those poor souls", into some special emotional status. Where's that come from? Babies are no more special than adults, are you opposed to adults donating their organs to others?
Nothing makes babies special and here's how I know that. Every Crackhead I grew up with in the poor end of Pittsburgh has popped out bunches of them. If a Crackhead can do it, it ain't special.
So why would you oppose, if medicine could use them and their parents agreed, the use of life saving organs and tissue (which isn't needed to reach that precious Heaven anyway) for those who'd need it?
I certainly wouldn't support "forced organ donations", but I've never heard anybody seriously suggest that, so I have to assume your rant was on consensual organ donations.

Sorry bout that,
1. But what the Liberals want is, stem cell research, which kills the unborn, also all other types of abortions are unconscionable.
2. Its without regard to human life.
3. We must reverse this course.
4. We have to get back to whats right.
5. Protect the babies at all costs, even the life of the mother.
6. I disagree strongly to any and all abortions.
7. Even stem cell, get rid of it all!

Babies are completely defenseless and innocent. I am not sure that I get the context in which you are making this comment Sbannon but you are way off base with the commentary above.
At least an adult could defend himself.

And babies/children have their parents to defend them. Which is why I asked in that same posting, why would a parent consenting to donating be wrong?

I think we may be looking at this with two different views of what is being discussed. I am talking about the practice of aborting a baby purely for the purpose of donating his/her tissues. This definately fits the slippery slope scenario.

Well, there's little reason to kill fully formed babies, or even abort fetuses on purpose to harvest. We can clone, and cloning will be useful.
However, it is better to kill a fetus and "harvest" the organs, hypothetically, if the alternative is that more people will die. The life of a fetus isn't worth the life of a person. Fetuses are not persons, especially in the early stages.
They have none of the characteristics of personhood. It is not until late into the first trimester that they begin to become sentient. They don't become self-aware and increasingly sapient untill very late in pregnancy. It's therefore not wrong to kill them to save others. They do not have the capacity to create preferences for desired continuance of life. They neither exhibit the rational facutilies or the important "self" concept that persons do.

2. Life begins before life.
That's illogical. It's self-contradicting. Something cannot exist before it begins.
3. Gawd knew you before you were conceived in the womb.
More illogic. You cannot know someone who doesn't exist. Nothing exists as a person prior to conception. Therefore, your statement is moronic, as usual.
Try more logic, less sophistry and masturbation. It would help you make sense.

Magic Words
In the very earliest time,
when both people and animals lived on earth,
a person could become an animal if he wanted to
and an animal could become a human being.
Sometimes they were people
and sometimes animals
and there was no difference.
All spoke the same language.
That was the time when words were like magic.
The human mind had mysterious powers.
A word spoken by chance
might have strange consequences.
It would suddenly come alive
and what people wanted to happen could happen ?
all you had to do was say it.
Nobody could explain this:
That's the way it was.

That's another aspect about Christianity that makes postively no sense. If God already has all the souls up there with him, why put them on earth, wait for them to die, and then collect them again. He's gaining nothing. He's only purposefully putting them on a dangerous planet where they can suffer.
In essense, God is an ant-farmer.

It's obvious that the God of the bible is logically contradictory at amost every stage, in addition to him being a sadistic asshole. God, and his followers offer you salvation for problems they themselves cause. Imagine someone who came up to your, slit your wrist, and then offered you a bandage and comfort. That's an Evangalistic for God. God offers "salvation" from what he created in the first place. Either he's an imbecile, or he's just sadistic. Well, he could be both.

I like that analogy because it really is a very modest example of the logic involved in the christian mindset. Dooming the entire human race to hell indirectly through god's predestined will, then offering them a way out if they manage to hear about it (which is highly unlikely outside of western culture), and knowing that the magority will not make a propper commitment because they're not convinced (read: nominal christians) is not demonstrative of god's mercy. Quite the opposite

Actually I was agreeing about how screwed up and UNCOMFORTABLE the whole concept of god's election was chess. There is nothing comforting in the idea that god will only possibly save 5% of the worlds population and doom the rest to hell forever.

Is harvesting the parts from an aborted fetus ethical?
No.
Is abortion "good".
No.
Why are there so many abortions every year when, for the most part, it is preventable?
I don't know. I wish I did.
Why don't people who say they care about the abortion issue do something extra-legal to drastically reduce the number of abortions each year, instead of wasting so much money, time, and effort on destroying or defending Roe v. Wade?
Because it is such a great political tool on both sides to motivate your base and win elections.
So, the Roe v. Wade debate itself is probably responsible for the needless slaughter of millions of unborn babies over the last 30 years?
Most likely.

So if I understand your argument you say that women that have unintentional teenage pregnancies should have to endure all the pain both physically and emotionally as well as raise the child, a task that many people ready for child birth cannot accomplish. Think for a moment about the ten year old girl sexual abused by her father, should she be forced to give birth to the baby. How could she live her life if every time she gazed at her child she remembered what her father did to her life? No human could live their life like that; eventually the mother will come to hate her child. This child will be unable to function in a normal environment and the results of her life were accurately portrayed recently, maybe you now of it the shooting at Virginia Tech campus. So unless you support that kind of action why not let the girl abort the fetus and let the remains be used by science to perhaps save someone’s life. Killing 32 people or saving someone’s life, you decide which the more desirable outcome is.
