This skit mocks the disparity in the way white collar criminals and other criminals like drug dealers are treated.
The last couple of years, due to public outrage of the number of these prominent cases, there seems to have been some change with some real convictions, like with the recent Enron conviction.
But overall, I strongly object to giving special treatment to so called "white collar crime", especially considering the amount of harm done by such crimes.
