Another Chappelle skit. The political/social significance about this skit is the attitude that some black people have regarding famous black people accused of crimes. In that, some will ignore much evidence. And the reason for this has to do with black experience in America and the way the justice system and the police have generally treated black defendants in the past.

Chappelle makes this argument towards the end of the skit.

"Sir, My blackness will not permit me to make a statement like that."

I think he's kind of stupid. I really like the political creativity behind the message of his skits, and he's pretty smart, but the presentation is really crude and low brow, if that makese sense. Long story short, good info, but bad writing style, so to speak.
