View Full Version : Another Rightwinger Comparing Obama to Hitler
Will these idiots never give it up?
In just another sorry example of how low the right will go to smear anyone they do not agree with, Chuck Krauthammer is the Idiot Du Jour. What makes people like this stoop to these kinds of references? Hitler was the worst of the worst and nothing in American politics compares to the monster Hitler was but dumbasses like Krauthammer keep throwing their crap against the wall hoping some of it will stick. Sweet Jesus!
Krauthammer was asked if Obama got a bounce from his appearance in Germany and this is his response:
KRAUTHAMMER: I’m not sure — I don’t think he got a bounce. I’m not sure it was his intention. You don’t get a bounce out of standing in front of 200,000 Germans at a rally who are chanting your name. Bad vibes sometimes, historically.
How in God's name did a simple political appearance become a Nazi rally in this idiot's mind? Obsessing about Germany after all this time and trying to compare a brilliant speaker to Hitler.
Talk about poor taste.
Talk about Obama Derangement Syndrome.

What an insult to Hitler.
Politically there's not much difference between Obama and Hitler though. Both represent big government socialism, global militarism, fascist "national service" programs, a self-centered personality cult, etc.

No. Do I believe his followers who get power will use it to punish everyone who doesn't think he's god? Yes. They are showing they are very good at that right now. Of course, its not Obama's fault. He knows nothing about how abusive his followers are. Just like he didn't know about Wright. Obama is so pure, the evil his friends do does not touch him.

NC, this is what Heyjude wrote: "Do I believe his followers who get power will use it to punish everyone who doesn't think he's god?"
Hitler's followers were known as Nazis. She makes direct reference to Obama's "followers." I think the analogy is entirely apt.

Of course Obama will cause economic depression just like every president in recent memory has, but the only country that needs our help is the U.S.A. and Obama won't pull the government out of it.

Sorry ECW, that was a fancy way of saying, "poor choice of venues, Obama".
The other point being made is that generally speaking, Americans elect Americans to be the President of America, not "a child of the World". Seeing him standing before throngs of Germans (or "foreigners") cheering him on makes some ask, "where is his loyalty, to the "World" or America?" There IS a difference.
So, we have one more clear distinction between Obama and McCain.
McCain is a Nationalist
Obama is a Globalist

You cant really blame people for comparing obama to Hitler, he sounds just like him only he is black and doesn't roll with the swastika.
Same socialist ploy, same man behind the mask seeking bigger government and to limit the choices you can make.

And as for general Hitler comparisons, they don't mean a full 100% clone of hitler, they just compare certain aspects of Hitler.

Never mind the fact that Obama surrounds himself with warhawks (http://socialistworker.org/2008/06/18/obama-circle-of-hawks) and speaks like any true neocon would. (http://www.wakeupfromyourslumber.com/node/1362)

There is no Hilter comparison between either candidate here because Hitler was a Jew hating closet homosexual who wanted to conqueer the world and failed miseribly.
McCain is a old man who still thinks he is cool and is a notch further left then most of his conservatives.
Obama is a young man who wants to change the direction we are going in. Politically he is only a notch further to the left then moderate Democrats.
your arguments are based on nothing but your personal feelings. You ignore what they say and instead chose to project your own interpretations based entirely on your over imagination.

To begin with Hilter was not really a socialist, he was a fascist, other side of the political spectrum. But I can understand why you might consider him a socialist if you knew the name of the nazi party was originally National Socialism. Very misleading term for their party and they finally should their true colors when they turned nazi party.
The nazis had no social programs in place, they were simply a national totalitarianism party led by a dictator. There is no doubt they wanted to appear socialist in the beginning, appeal to people, etc.
