Official Tbilisi declares that it isn’t much scary of the Russian economic sanctions against Georgia. Sure they aren’t. They get their salary in Washington unlike ordinary citizens. Simple citizens have got problems due to excessive Saakashvili’s ambitions. It’s well-known that Russia introduced restraint in transport service, on Georgia agricultural production export and the same way prohibited bank transfers from Russia to Georgia.
I think it’s not a secret for you that money orders from Georgian citizens at home come to 4,5% of Georgia gross domestic product. And this money helped to simple people to float in Tbilisi and other Georgian cities. But Georgian officials threaten the lives (!) of simple citizens by some strange announcements and realizing short-sighted policy.
It’s well-known that Georgian officials get their wages from US budget (that’s why Saakashvili thinks that Georgia will not suffer from Russian sanctions) but simple people can’t earn its living in the own country. Saakashvili is realizing the plan of Georgian nation genocide by his policy! He won’t develop economics and at the same time deprives most Georgians of their sole source of income from Russia.
