"NIOSA" Night in ol San Antone. It's part of Fiesta Celebration in San Antonio every year.
I am a dull old southern woman that loves to discuss politics & politicians.
My hobbies are crafts, I dabble a little in painting, do scrapbooking, & flower arranging. My other hobby is reading, I don't have a favorite author & if the book jacket/forward looks interesting, I'll read it.
Oh, & I am a fantastic cook, everything from gourmet to roadkill.
I look forward to meetin y'all. :ecstatic:

Let me see now, well, I have winter in my hair & summer in my heart, I'm pretty healthy for an "ol lady". I hate exercising, healthy food, & snakes.
My husband is a retired USAF pilot, we rattled around the globe for 22 years, settled down in ol San Antone. I am a retired RN.
We have 4 grown kids, 7 grandchildren, 2 of the kids live in SA, 1 in New Mexico, 1 in Wi.
I am a conservative, not a Dem nor a Repub, I vote for the person.
I don't hate "W" but he sure has been a disappointment.
Oh, & I do "pack heat". :ecstatic:

Good for your lady, good RNs are needed, always. It's been a long time since I worked. I've done some volunteer work at BAMC, the US Army hospital here. But even that has stopped since my husbands illness.
