My favorite dirty city, you ask?

Norilsk, Russia

Norilsk’s Soviet-era plant spews tons of heavy metals like nickel and cobalt into the air, leading to severe respiratory and throat diseases in children and a life expectancy 10 years below the Russian average for plant workers.

To be safe, you probably need to just stay out of Russia altogether. That place is pretty dirty. And a lot of the people are drunk.

I'll tell you the cleanest city i've ever been to...Calgary. That place is spotless.
