As tonight is the final Hillary Coffin nail...I was wondering if anyone has interest in a chat room for the festivities. Should there be interest I have formed an mIrc Chatroom for this site. This does require you either have, or are willing to download the free mIrc client.

Server is shadowfire

room is #democracyforums

Any question let me know...I can walk you through it.

Hmmm. Vista doesn't seem to be too fond of that. Ooops!

Ubuntu Linux would bring you to peace grasshopper. Or at least it wouldn't blame you every time your computer experiences a failure based on a really bad implementation of "minix" standards.

Vista is the WindowsME (Miserable Experience) of the modern computer age. :D

It was a marketing gimmick for RAM manufacturers....everyone thought they just needed to upgrade, only to find out the truth.

smilez.. I have honestly not had close to any of the problems it seems as if 99% of the rest of the attempted vista users are having.

No failures.. no problems..
Maybe I'm just lucky?...
or smart?...:innocent:

You won't see most of the real issues until you try to use the Vista in an enterprise network environment. It really shines...err...flounders is a better word...in that environment.

well.. maybe..smilez.. I don't run a major operation here..lol.. ( wish I could tho ).. But I have my vista machine networked with 2 other computers in my house.. the other 2 are xp win..

I can run my forum and my other websites ok .. I have so many games and programs on my vista its crazy.. Some programs I ran on win 98 work ok on my vista even
I have found nothing yet I can't do on my vista that I can do on my xp.

Maybe I'm impartial also because my puter is a self built monster. :clapper:
but.. Honestly.. for a home user..
I still prefer Vista.
Could be because I have been using it since it came out to so I'm really getting used to it.

Now watch me have a problem with something.. :unreal:
