Wicked site guys, on my forum we run a live treasure hunt based in the chat rooms and we let the teams search the forums.
Have you thought about maybe having a live Question time on a chat server ( subject latest next ect) that would be pretty kool and give your members time to bond and get to know each other. Make them want to come back.
