US private security firm Blackwater faces charges of destroying evidence related to their cold-blooded murder of 17 Iraqi civilians.

Lawyers representing the Iraqi victims have reportedly pressed charges on the private contractor, saying it has shredded documents related to federal investigations into shootings which involved Blackwater security guards.
Personnel from private security firm Blackwater USA opened fire on 17 Iraqis in an unprovoked shooting spree in Baghdad's Nisoor Square in September.

Following the shooting, the Iraqi government urged the US to halt all contracts with the firm and hand over the security agents involved in the incident for prosecution in Iraq.
Washington attempted to brush aside the demands but was later forced to order an investigation into the killings.

You might want to consider different sources. Unless I'm mistaken (and I don't think I am) this particular story is months old. In fact, I believe there are threads here on the forum about this very incident. The sources you use are woefully behind the times.

I have a question. Are the Russians whom authorized the use of candy mines and toy bombs in Afghanistan going to face any charges?

What about seed pod mines? The Liberals should be especially impressed with those. They are made to look like seed pods from indeginous plants of a certain area. They were used extensively in the mountains between Afghanistan and Pakistan. When the mules that were used to transport weapons into Afghanistan would see them, they would eat them, basically blowing the mules head up, or most of it's head, anyway. The weapons porters were losing so many mules to them that they started taping the mules' mouths closed until the reached a safe area.

Just curious, since you seem to be so up tight about war crimes.
