Who Is Inspecting America's Weapons Of Mass Destruction?

USA is very dangerous country. US is the only country in the world that actually DID use nuclear weapons, and it used them to kill CIVILIANS.

What the world is doing about it?

follow the logic, Dec......nobody inspects America's weapons because we already have the weapons.......if you are ever going to be able to 1) keep someone from owning WMD and thus 2) preventing them from using WMD......you need to do it before they gain the power to ignore you.......

Might makes right I'm afraid. When you already have nukes, (especially the most nukes), nobody else will be inspecting them.

I think the US needs to be inspected to be sure they are complying with international treaties they have signed.

Calling attention to the obvious again, December?

How about talking about something that could actually change?

I think the US needs to be inspected to be sure they are complying with international treaties they have signed.

We already know that America is NOT complying with the international laws it signed.
So the only way to deal with the problem is to outlaw the USA in UN, invade it (Russia/China/Iran) and clean up the American mass.

It has to be done as soon as possible because US is really getting out of control.....

*LOL* Well c'mon then - and be sure to pack a big lunch when you do - cuz you're going to be a while getting the job done.

LOL, if you want to find a quick way to unite just about everyone in the U.S., that will do it. I'll gladly pick up a weapon and stand by a conservative on that one.

I wish that would happen. After we--us Americans that is--got done killing all those Russians, Chinese and whoever else was stupid enough to invade us, it would insure a secure futrure for Americans for the next 50 generations.

I'm with Elrathin; I would love to stand shoulder to shoulder with a Liberal to fight ya'll off. And if that Liberal beside me doesn't have a weapon, I will gladly let him, or her, borrow one of mine.

Have any of you been inside the atom bomb museum in Hiroshima? 5 minutes in there will bring a grown man to tears. I pray that nobody else ever has to endure the horrors that they experienced.

Napalm is still a WMD.

No, I haven't been to Japan. However, I have seen the pictures and read many reports, articles, and stories of the bombings and the aftermath. I share your prayer. I too hope that no one anywhere experiences that horror again.

We fight a lot amongst ourselves here, but when it comes to a real national threat and protecting our own, there will be very little division.
Kinda like a big brother who picks on his sister but will kick ass to protect her from others.

Even the least patriotic person finds foreign invaders in his nation unacceptable.

I have no love for the US per se.

My loyalty is to liberty and I see the current US regime as a limiter of liberty.

Yet I would take up arms against foreign invaders, too.

The assholes in Washington are at least OUR assholes.

Napalm is still a WMD.

Napalm is not WMD. Napalm was outlawed by international treaty but not because "it is a WMD". They outlawed it because it is a fire weapon, and they wanted to outlaw all weapons that use fire as their primary casualty causing method (flamethrowers, napalm, etc.)

outlaw the USA in UN,

How would you get that past the US veto?

invade it (Russia/China/Iran)

How are you going to invade the US with three countries that don't have blue water navies to speak of and no amphibious warfare ability?

Who Is Inspecting America's Weapons Of Mass Destruction?

There isn't a need to inspect them. We already know they work.

USA is very dangerous country. US is the only country in the world that actually DID use nuclear weapons, and it used them to kill CIVILIANS.

That's right. And don't forget it.

What the world is doing about it?

Not a damn thing. Refer to quote number 2.

Then you would be labelled an insurgent. And as you are aware, all insurgents must be rightfully executed.

We're only dangerous if you hit us, or did you forget that the Japanese threw the first punch?

What the world is doing about it?

Nothing, they like our money.

Besides, IF they wanted to "do something", what could they do? Fart in our general direction? Call us names? Take away our membership to the UN? What? I hate to break it to ya, be we ARE a super power and the strongest Nation on Earth, militarily.

Some Americans consider that a good thing.

Why we do of course. On a regular basis. To make sure they still work if they are needed.

Welcome to mutually assured destruction, folks. It's the reason none of the nations with nukes really want trouble with the other nations with them.
As soon as the nukes were detected coming in, a return volley would be launched. It's what keeps us common folk safe from atomization and the land from irradiation. It may not be fair to us in the long run if a nuclear attack is carried out on us, but it works at preventing an all out nuclear war between nations.

That is why the nations that are known to have WMDs aren't inspected to see if they have them. We know they have them. We know they could wipe us out if they wanted to have the same done to them. There is no reason to inspect those nations.

potter
04-30-2008, 06:45 PM
Also why all nations should have them. If you don't have nukes, you end up being a bitch for one that has nukes.

I agree. MAD is a working policy. It's not perfect, but it works.

I agree. MAD is a working policy. It's not perfect, but it works.

This is the main reason every country in the world that is not allies with the U.S. wants them. Primary reason, those with nuclear weapons that can reach the world are NEVER invaded.

The U.S. has created the drive for every country in the world not allied with the U.S. to create them for this purpose alone. Feel that American Pride.

December, I am confused. On what grounds should the US be inspected?
